Also he's not bringing up that his VP was responsible for giving grants and incentives to companies in his own state that were offshoring jobs, which is why he's now having to give them even more incentives to not offshore said jobs.
To be clear, one of my main issues with this is him trotting himself out on stage as if he's a major hero, like this is a victory tour, when he's leaving out a whole mountain of context behind these "saved" jobs. It's the same ridiculous arrogance he's shown all along, at some point I'd like to see some actual presidential qualities in this guy.

Christ, if he sat around not doing anything, not saving 1000 jobs, he'd be criticized as well.
