Does anyone know what is going on in that area that I think was home to a church at one time. For years it was unofficial parking to jump on the CTrain at Shawnessy station. There has been what appears to be infrastructure work going on for a good few months now. At first I thought maybe that was all there was to it, but it seems like it is being prepared for development now. Does anyone know for what. It would have to be commercial I would think given its bordering McLeod Trail, Shawnessy and Shawville Blvds. It would seem to be a pretty good commercial location....
