The main piece coming back was Regehr. Corbet was never supposed to be a top 6 guy, despite his junior stats. He was a 4th year guy who had never scored more than 28 points (he scored 31 the year he came to Calgary). He was going to be like a Yelle.
When he arrived in Calgary, Rene was a full-on NHL grinder: the year prior, he managed 28 points and 133 penalty minutes.
