Foligno had his head down so a check to the head would have been really ugly. Instead Tkachuk gets him in the shoulder and still gets called.

I'm a huge Tkachuk fan, but he could have easily made that a full-body check. Choosing to graze Foligno in that way opened himself up to a call.
