I think it was one of the lawyers from Clinton's campaign that any of the 3 recounts would require a bigger change in tally than has ever happened in history to change the result in that state. So unless there actually was some outside interference that they discover then pretty much zero.
So yeah just publicity for Stein.
If they do the Penn. recount I read somewhere that some hope that the publicity of a recount would draw attention to the 1980's era voting machines used there to get them replaced or eliminate them entirely, so maybe some good can come out of a recount.
