It's tame, it's just a big false equivalence. The recounts aren't an attempt to get Clinton elected; Stein was hysterically against Clinton during the campaign portraying her as a worse option than Trump.
Stein says the recount is to validate the integrity of the election results, which in itself isn't a bad idea given the amount of external intervention that went on (which should still be huge news but few actually seem to care about which itself should be news). It also puts Stein in the spotlight at no cost or risk to her. That the amount being asked keeps going up does look shady, so there might be some truth to the accusation that she's just fundraising but I've also read that keeping the money raised for future campaigns is against FEC rules but I haven't dug far into that so I'm not sure about that.
Trump repeating Clinton's words is him thinking or trying to make others think the situations (what he said during the campaign and what Clinton said about that) are the same and they aren't.
