It's capped for four years then is expected to double to fund additional generation that may or may not be neccessary. So in 2021 your energy bill will skyrocket but it will look like the fault of the government in power at the time.

You will also be seeing a line item global consumption tax (carbon tax) and another new one to cover extra generating station costs that taxpayers need to build just in case.
