Thanks for the info. Not sure why she would say 8-10 cents if it is capped at 6.8. To her credit, the rest of the conversation was great. She was very helpful and answered all my questions.
The other thing she stated was that the rebate is capped at $100, though I've heard on here and Reddit of people getting over $100 rebate. Could be they are clamping down now that word has gotten out.
