The lady at Enmax did say that electricity is going to spike in 2017 as they shut down some coal plants and introduce the carbon tax. Right now, floating electricity is 3.8 cents/kWh, and she said there are rumors it might spike to 8-10 cents/kWh in the new year. Anyone hear numbers like this?

$80 to 100 a mega watt is crazy high. That isn't normal. I would bet against that high price.
