On another note, I wonder how much of my money Notley is spending to buy all of these NDP promotional "job creation" ads they are sending out. Junk mail flyer x2 this week and banner ads on just about every website I visit.

I do think it's quite different though. At the provincial level you have what amounts to just plain disrespect for democracy in a couple of ways (which is my opinion). Federally you might not love the Liberals, but they're doing things they campaigned on for the most part and not outright ignoring peoples wishes. The CPC has a leadership campaign going and there are a variety of ideas and everyone seems to be playing by the rules. You might not love Bernier or Leitch or whoever else in the race, but at least there is an exchange of new or interesting policy ideas there and not just outright scheming for the leadership.
