They don't grill there burgers like most places do. From what I know (and I could be wrong) is they basically cook them in a oven type of dohicky. So a lot of water is trapped in the burger. So when some bites into it is trips both water and fat, making it look really really fatty.
Does anyone here work for McDicks that can explain it?
