The best way to talk about how this would look is to try to put together a package from any other team besides the Flames, to eliminate bias. What would you have to give up if you were, say, Carolina? You'd probably be talking about something around Elias Lindholm. This isn't a bargain bin situation.

I agree that Wotherspoon and a 3rd is a horrible offer - but it is all too easy for folks to just take a crud on discussion instead of trying to improve it by participating.
But yeah this isn't bargain bin - the Yotes are reportedly asking a pretty penny and someone will probably cough it up.
I hope it isn't the Flames unless that price comes down.
