That's exactly what I'm saying. The team was/is rebuilding but they are seeing little growth, if not full on regression despite many of the players on the team becoming more experienced and better players since they were drafted.

Cameron might be a dud, but ultimately the players need to step up to the plate. Perhaps it's time to stick some of the top players to the bench and let others take a stab at turning special teams around.
