Anyone know what's going on in the parking lot at 9th ave and 5th street SW, across from Eighth Ave Place?

They have a quarter of the parking lot roped off with a bunch of large trucks and such, Looks like a movie crew. There has been a fancy bus coming and going all day as well.

When I walked through the parking lot there was a bunch of "attendants" with headsets directing traffic.
