So user "crunktrophywife" posted this ridiculous comment on reddit:

"I watched your video, I am curious as to why you did not turn your dishwasher off. As another RESPONSIBLE homeowner, I know that when water starts to leak you want to turn it off. Why was taking a video more important than preserving your property in this situation? In my own personal situation, I know when something bad starts to happen, I try to stop it before filming for the entire world. Basically all the water damage to your property was due to your own negligence and nobody else's. Further, typically when adhesive wears out, it does not fail all at one time. You must have watched your sink sag for days while doing nothing. Which brings no doubt as to how you irresponsibly let your dishwasher run over your entire floor, damage your apartment, and your neighbours apartment. From the video, you appear to be a conscious and responsible homeowner. Congratulations on washing a perfectly clean pan, in your bathroom sink. All the best."

As for the content, I addressed it in the reddit thread (would love some upvotes on that) but important little tidbit here, in my original email reply to Truman Homes attempts to get me to stop sharing this, I closed my email with "All the best" after warning them that my story has garnered the attention of the media. Considering how valedictions are not common place in reddit and my "All the best" was obviously in jest, and that it seemed like a forced throw in, well, I'll let you make your own conclusions....
