I don't understand why the second PP isn't Tkachuk-Backlund-Frolik. I mean they dominate some shifts 5 on 5 so what not see what they can do on the PP.

Frolik has seen like no PP time this season. Considering his is our leading scorer, why not award him with some freaking powerplay?
