I went over the documents with the rep from Attainable Homes. This document just explained the ANHWP and what was (supposed to be) covered. It was all in laymans terms.

I would suggest that you contact the city and talk to a inspector who can tell you what the Code calls for. Assuming isn't enough.

I would also have a lawyer look over the all documents you received. You need to understand what was provided to you and it is very clear that the conversation with a customer service rep wasn't enough. Would be very shocked if there was nothing in the paperwork that describes the warranty period.

The lack of an inspection can't be mitigated now, the time for that was prior to clearing conditions on the sale.

Where was your realtor in all this? Did they recommend an inspection or a lawyer at all?
