No, strapping was not identified as an issue in the possession day inspection. Didn't inspect how the sink was attached. I am speaking to the manufacturer of the sink on this issue and they have told me that the sink was clearly improperly installed. I'd say it safe to say that it wasn't installed up to code considering it ended up nearly on my floor......
I went over the documents with the rep from Attainable Homes. This document just explained the ANHWP and what was (supposed to be) covered. It was all in laymans terms.
