I can't seem to see the answer to my earlier question.

Was the lack of strapping identified by your home inspection prior to purchase, or did you never get an inspection done?

Have you obtained information regarding the installation of undermount sinks as it pertains to the code?

Edit: One more question. When reviewing the documentation in regards to the home, were the warranty documents reviewed by either yourself or your lawyer?
