I don't think O'Leary runs, and I don't think Leitch wins for a number of reasons (namely that she doesn't have the near 100% name recognition that Trump had and that the Canadian political party leadership process isn't as geared towards mass participation as the American process).

I doubt that either of them will be a factor in terms of a leadership vote. They are the wrong type of leaders for the Conservative party right now. People up here are leery of anyone that looks or sounds like or has the same messaging as Trump.
