I don't know about that. I had an issue with car dealership a couple years ago and posted about it online. Within ten minutes of it being posted I was called by the dealership telling me everything would be taken care of, my money for the diagnostic would be refunded, they would have a loaner car waiting for me while the issue was fixed...... If I promised to take my comments down.
