They don't really mention how it moves the waves around the cloak, but I imagine it requires a power source. Just don't forget to turn off the battery maybe? lol
Also from what I read back a few months ago, and from what it says about the materials now used in the current construction it doesn't seem like it would be a light cloak material. Metal, and circuitboard materials might make it fairly heavy, and possibly solid, so maybe you'd trip over it eventually.
I can only imagine what kind of hell this thing would raise for lawmakers if there was no way to detect it since it allows sensory waves to travel around it.
