It could be that Makarov is close enough to this that he should not comment. I'm close but far enough away I'm quite able to post opinion.
My complaint about Makarov's position all the way through this thread is, he has pointed out that a board has said the PPAs are an arrangement not a contract, but has not taken the next step to suggest what that means.
Since that time, the legal filings suggest it doesn't matter. But I could be missing something so if Makarov would like to add to the discussion I'll listen.
