It's quite common for CP to receive various kinds of requests from companies in response to threads like this, ranging from working things out for the person, to requests to remove it, to legal threats.

While we support the idea that people should be able to share their honest experiences, we're also not the arbiters of truth and that sharing doesn't have to happen here. And some things might make it more difficult to keep the sharing here, so we'll heavily edit or remove a thread if necessary.

I don't think anything has been said/done yet that crosses any lines (I haven't read the whole thread though), but coordinating a shaming is probably one of those things.

tl;dr be as professional as you think they should be, don't put the site in legal risk with your own actions (the royal you, not you in particular jeffporfirio)
