Hey guys little update.

- CTV is supposed to call me today.

- Yeah the FB drama has been funny. Now I will say I don't know if I was actually blocked, I couldn't find their page when I searched for it earlier so that is what I assumed as my friends who shared the story and also commented on the page had the same issue. So a little earlier today they contacted me and essentially said that I should talk to Alberta New Home Warranty and, albeit I'm paraphrasing here, that I shouldn't worry about it as insurance will cover it. I responded about how ANHWP rejected my claim and also that me having to pay out a deductible and having an open claim on my title due to something that was no fault of my own was not an acceptable solution. I posted the same thing to their reply on my review. They also accused me of lying about them having to return multiple times which I know they did as I had to get someone to be at my unit as I couldn't take time off work so they can corroborate my story. They continue to beat the "1 year" drum so I told them that I will continue to beat my "I don't care, this is outrageous" drum (All of which was said in a much more professional manner mind you).

Now the funniest thing on the FB side of this is that I'm pretty sure they have removed the entire review section from their page. Can someone check?

- Lastly, looks like I'll be okay on insurance unless the deductible for the building is higher than $65K. The managers are finally getting their crap together and sending a crew to look at the place tomorrow and sending over the appropriate documents. That said I'm not standing down.
