In reading through this thread, there's one thing which I think our team needs a lot more of, and that's for the players to stick up for one another. I sense that this is one element that is sadly lacking.

For some of the smaller players I can see where it's awfully difficult to stand up to the bullies in hockey. I take my hat off to players like Fleury and Byron that showed no hesitation in showing physical aggressiveness in their game.

However, I think Johnny, because of his exceptional talent at a young age, never did add the aggressive physical side to his game. Thinking back, that could probably also be said of Gretzky. So it's super imperative that these players be protected by their team mates
