My point is, I'm not okay with our head coach needing 25% of the season before he realizes what an obvious mistake he made, and has continued to make, since game #1 when he split up one of the NHL's best defensive pairs. It's a mistake that had fans in an uproar before the puck had even dropped for game #1. It was real-time anger, there was no advantage of hindsight.

So I'll say the same thing that I did originally; I expect our coaching and management, the guys with "a lifetime in the game", to know better than us. When Giordano & Brodie are paired back up and their performance improves, along with the team's, it'll suggest otherwise.
