I put my toppings on like this (from top to bottom)
Mayo on top bun
Lettuce
Tomato
Onion
Pickle
Cheese
Patty
Pickle
Ketchup and Mustard

I don't like the ketchup and mustard to mix in with the patty because all I taste is ketchup/mustard.
