Krueger doesn't have much NHL experience but he sure looked good coaching team Europe to second place at the worlds, even giving team Canada a run for their money. Impressive for a team that looked like easy roadkill in the pre-tourney exhibitions.
I think the Coilers cut him loose too early. I'd be wiling to give him more of a leash with this team than GG. Unfortunately the Kings look to have turned things around so I'm afraid Darryl isn't going to be available any time soon.

I like the Krueger option honestly. He's more of a motivator and less a tactician. Hell, bring him in on top of GG for the remainder for all I care and get rid of Cameron.
Best case scenario to me is we find a vet coach to coach out the year, tell Treliving all about whatever problems we have, and look for a new hire next summer where we can do another "process" if we need to.
I think we need a veteran coach badly.
