I must say I tuned in here and there for the first two seasons. And right now I find its the only show on tv that has me appointment viewing.
The latest episode finally addressed this head on (the mourning part) in a really touching manner. Great episode.
I think the future of the series is uncovering the first part, maintaining the absurdist actions and levity it brings to a painful environment.

It's lost a lot of the appeal with all the characters. The cameo kills are great but the story itself isn't growing like it should. I look at it from a writers perspective and it's hard to keep it funny in it's current dynamic. They need to change the cast to keep it fresh.
