Can't believe I am going to defend the Frolik and Brower signings because I agree with you in late part. Problem is, this team still doesn't have any organizational depth on the wing so although these guys were overpaid, there weren't many options. That said, this management team has not proven adept at value FA signings or even waiver wire pickups.
