First time gm, seems to be a smart guy but was bound to make some mistakes like any of us would in a new job. So now you either endure a few more and benefit from his training period and he carries those lessons forward or cut him loose and have suffered through training a new leaderfor nothing. I guarantee we won't see a 3 goalie system again for example.
If he starts making the same mistakes twice thats when he deserves heat... Not a first time mistake.
