Whoever's decision it was to fire Hartley is the person who should be held accountable the mess the team finds itself in now. I won't say for sure it is Treliving because I think the Flames have several cooks in the kitchen. But if there are players who influenced that decision, I would send those players out the door as well because they are no doubt a poison in the room.
