So...you could be the fan of a team who got their City to pay for a Billionaire's ventures because he engaged in the world's most transparent bluff of 'moving the team?'

And to be clear, I'm more or less in agreement with you, I dont want to see huge public dollars go to an arena, I'm not staunchly against some dollars as an investment thats repaid, but I'm not a proponent of just handing people cash.
