I have been very disappointed with the CSE multiple approaches of trying to sell this arena. They want all the benefit with none of the true costs.
Also, Murray Edwards moving to England to avoid paying more taxes rubs me the wrong way. ( though he claims this is not the reason)
I am just not impressed with the CSE and its lack of focus on what the people actually want, vs the constant rhetoric that the local elite are being very vocal about.
