Nazi Germany & the United States were political enemies in wartime but in Mein Kampf and other writings, Hitler clearly states a preference and admiration to working with the anglo-saxon countries like the UK and ultimately America to propel his racial theories. In fact, his personal beliefs were formed and reinforced by the writings of the American writer Madison Grant and his Nordic theory. The imagery of the American state doesn't do anything to further their racial beliefs while the imagery of Nazism clearly states their intents.
