Found an
article about Schiefele who appears to be moving up a tier based on his play and found that along with physical training with Gary Roberts Schiefele is also using Adam Oates as a personal coach.

The secret to Scheifele's surge?
Old-fashioned hard work, and an almost obsessive dedication to his craft.
“You see guys like Sidney Crosby and Connor McDavid, they're always trying to get better,” Scheifele said. “They're trying to be better defensively, trying to work on little intricacies of the game... that's what I try to do. There's still so much growth that I have to go through, the team has to go through.
“I want to be the guy that's leading the charge.”
Over the summer, if he wasn't with fitness guru Gary Roberts, Scheifele was learning on-ice tricks from former NHL star-turned personal coach Adam Oates.
“He's a big tool for me,” Scheifele said. “He's helped so many little parts of my game that go under the radar.”

An
article on Oates indicates that he is personally coaching a lot of NHL players
Quote:
In addition to theory, Oates, who ranks seventh with 1,079 career assists, emphasizes rote on-ice work with N.H.L. players, sometimes spending 40 minutes picking the puck up off the boards.
“That’s so remedial, but these guys understand that that’s important to them for their success,” Oates said. “You get good at that, you make five million bucks in our league.”

Apparently Bryan Trottier and Theo Fluery are offering their services as personal coaches.
Are any Flames using a personal coach?
