That wasn't my intent. I was making a general comparison of the status of American blacks vs American Asians, and suggesting some reasons besides racism for the difference between that status.
We shouldn't ignore internal sources for bad outcomes just because there are political sensitivities around some of those sources. If undesirable beliefs about homosexuality and gay marriage can be changed by challenging individuals and sub-cultures, then undesirable beliefs about fatherhood and marriage can be changed by challenging people too.
