No not at all. It's absolutely ######ed that they aren't mandatory today. We know the society benefits. It greatly outweighs any medically proven negative. And again, it's not about a single person's rights. It's about the people who can't receive a vaccine. It's about a child who can't make the choice.

To me this is the weirder stance. So we have an idiot parent not give their child vaccines, which could be potentially life-saving but that's besides the point, and now you want to further punish the child by not giving him or her an education? The child who probably needs the education most is the one you want to prevent getting educated? And on top of that you want to essentially imprison them keeping them from public space?
Here's an idea, just give them a shot and be done with it. We have science and medicine backing us up, if you don't vaccinate your kid, you're increasing their odds of getting debilitating diseases. This is fact. It's child endangerment at it's core to not give them a vaccine. We have laws in place that do protect children when they are endangered, it's about time we put in this one.
The only reason this is a debate is because some pornstar was tricked by a now completely debunked medical paper. It's asinine that we have to have this debate, but because we are, we should do what's best for society.
