I should clarify, my body type is more like what Polak is describing (i.e. I find it hard to put on weight as well) but I think it's more important to just do the best you can with what you have. I did a bunch of competitive Spartan races this summer/fall and it really opens your eyes to the body types and how they can all have success when training appropriately. "Strong" is such a relative concept in my opinion.
