We've talked about this, but many members, including myself, thing that supplements like this are not necessary if you have a decent diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, and dairy are all very high in BCAAs.
That being said, BCAAs are proven to have benefits, including boosting the immune system. BCAAs and creatine are a few of the supplements that have actually been scientifically proven to work. My position is that you should get adequate BCAAs from your diet and all supplements carry some health risks.
