My apologies if this has been answered in this thread already, but what are people's thoughts on BCAA's? I've been using it regularly for the past several months, and I'm not really sure I notice any difference in faster recovery times.
But what I have noticed is that I have not been sick since February. When I first joined the gym, I think I got sick 3 times in like 4 months. Gyms are like germ factories. So if anything, I think the BCAA's are helping boost my immune system, which is mostly why I've continued to take them.
