Popped on the winters on both cars this weekend, nice to be doing so in shirt sleeves. And I have now ensured no snow for a couple more weeks.
This will be the third winter on the Pirelli Sottozeros on the Audi and I have zero complaints. Grippy, not too bad for noise, wear has been decent. Unlike Diemenz, I find they do squirm a bit worse than my summers on dry pavement.
Run Michelin X-Ice on the FWD Kia and it has no problems either, with the caveat that we drive it a lot less on the highway. I used to really like Blizzaks, but I am leaning towards both the Pirelli and the Michelin being better on ice.
