Interesting, I never thought about how you would get a replacement driver's license without a passport.
Years ago I lost my wallet at the Sunnyside Safeway and when I called to ask about it they said nothing had been turned in. Fast forward to 6 months later when I was shopping there again and the cashier started acting funny when I gave her my Safeway card. She was like your name sounds so familiar, did you happen to lose a wallet here a while ago? Then I was handed my wallet with everything still inside. Of course I had already replaced all the cards by then
