Statistically speaking, that is the best time to pull the goaltender if you are trying to win hockey games.
If you just want the loss to look less embarrassing, by all means pull the goalie at 1:30.
Of course, with the way the Flames are handling the puck with an extra man on the ice, it wouldn't matter much.
