It's not like they're paying for swimming, anyway. Their parents do. And as a parent, if my kid got a free swimming coupon I'd be annoyed. Now they want me to take them swimming and we're super busy as is and I don't really want to flap around in some nasty cesspool anyway.

Swimming coupons are great. My kids hit up a house that they know has given out swimming coupons in the past and they were disappointed they weren't giving them out this year.
Sure, it's not as though kids have to pay for swimming anyway. But a coupon means a guaranteed trip to the pool, and our kids love swimming.
