And here I expected you to jump up my ass for making such a harsh judgment without due process. I mean, firing someone and taking away a teaching certificate, ending her career, for just expressing her 1st amendment rights? I was fully expecting that angle. I'm leaving relieved but confused.
The assault is the bigger issue, and requires criminal investigation. The other stuff is something that can be handled through administrative means, so I think based on the terror she put this poor child through she should define be terminated and prevented from teaching again. Surprisingly, this teacher is black, which was a major curveball when looking her up. Very strange situation.
