Thus using his frustration to do something that would generally give the team, and the fans, a boost of energy.
Sulking sucks the energy out of everyone. It makes people roll their eyes, not cheer and want to follow your shift with an even better one.
If he wants to take his frustration out and show his competitiveness, he should be making up for his mistakes with fierce flashes of effort to get the puck back like we've seen from him before.
I would always say to people I coached, there's a big difference to being a competitor and being a bitch. Channeling frustration into the energy to show why your a better player than the guy that just beat you is being competitive. Channeling your frustration into self-pity and stick-slamming is being a bitch. It doesn't help you or anyone. It's just a waste of energy.
