La Chaumiere is quite nice and probably the best classic French restaurant in town but don't expect Joel Robuchon.
They don't have the carts you asked about but they do have a wonderful after dinner drinks cart and they might have a cheese cart.
Also, if you're thinking of going the appy route, give the Foie Gras a try.
