Your right. Instead of them trying to pass this off as an anit-terrorist program, why not just say it is for catching criminals....because really....thats probably all they are going to find.....and a few illegal immigrants.
So far it has been the terrorists MO to actual try and get into the US in a legal maner, not some covert operation.
